End User Licence Agreement — Grok Bot Marx

1. Licence

Marx Corporate grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use “Grok Bot - Marx” solely to connect our authorised systems to our QuickBooks Online company.

2. Not a public product

This application is for internal use by Marx Corporate and authorised operators only. It is not offered for sale or general use by other QuickBooks Online customers.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the connection, attempt to access data without authorisation, reverse engineer the integration beyond what Intuit’s APIs allow, or use it in breach of Intuit’s terms or applicable law.

4. QuickBooks / Intuit

Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit’s agreements. We are not Intuit. Intuit may change APIs or revoke access.

5. Data and permissions

The app only accesses data authorised through Intuit’s OAuth consent screen. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for who you allow to operate the connected tools.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” for internal operational use. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marx Corporate is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end the integration at any time. You may disconnect it in QuickBooks Online at any time. On termination, local tokens should be revoked or deleted.
