All items are produced on demand. There are 2 types of products:

• Ordered & Produced to order
• Estimated Dispatch: 15–20 working days from shop close date

🎨 Bespoke 'MTO' Items (Marked with Icon)

• Custom / club-specific production. Bespoke design, colours etc.
• Dispatch: Estimated 8–12 weeks from shop close date

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed
• You will receive a dispatch email with tracking once your order has been shipped

📌 Please note: These are the only updates you will receive. No additional updates are provided during production. We will only contact you if there are significant delays or stock issues

📅 Shop Close Date Changes

If the shop close date is extended by your organisation, your order will be processed from the new closing date, and dispatch times will run from this point
